I had already described the problem several times but golf, fashion and style are obviously difficult to combine. There are only a few brands that can do this in my eyes.

So I am very proud to present you some of my key pieces of the new Peak Performace 2018 collection. Peak Performance has once again demonstrated an incredibly good sense of design and color. I also think the combination of function and fashion is simply cool. The fits are well thought-out and fulfill all requirements of comfort and unlimited movability to guarantee you the perfect golfing experience.

A good example is the new favorite article of the Golf Iron Anorak. On my last few trips I’ve always had this super light anorak in my golf bag. It’s made of stretch material and feels very pleasant on the skin. It is also very quiet and does not rustle during the golf swing, which can be very distracting. The anorak is perfect for any kind of weather, no matter if it is windy or raining lightly – it has reliably kept me dry. I also find the blue black limited edition print quite cool – the color fits in with pretty much everything else I own.

I like Peak’s style, mixing different influences like street and active into functional golf clothes. Each polo is well thought-out with a special UV coating or smart lasered holes under the arms and on the back for better ventilation.

Another example is the Avirara short which is also super comfortable to wear and actually feels more like wearing running shorts. The back pockets are zipped and the side pockets have a clever integrated pocket for ball markers or a divot tool.

But what I find especially interesting and really cool is their new rain equipment. Every drawstring or flap is considered and the high water and wind resistance thanks to Gore-Tex are amazing. Believe me, I wore the CONTENTION JACKET and trousers not only in nice weather like on these photos. With the jacket/trouser combination a Scotland trip won’t be a problem anymore. Here, too, I noticed the light weight – I carry so much on the golf course anyway. I think the price is more than justified when you consider that you don’t buy such a combination every year. Better buy something great with style that lasts for a long time.

Peak is simply the perfect mix of street syle, urban fashion and active wear for the golf course. There is no reason to walk around the golf course like a clown with colorful pants and horribly cut polos. Check out the new Peak Performace collection and always remember: because style matters.
