It was my first round after three depressing month with cold, wet and ugly snow.I got the information that GC Tegernbach had already opened his greens. Just a phone call and the tee time was booked. GC Tegernbach is not far away from Munich and easily reachable by car in 45 minutes. They have a friendly office and fair greenfee.

So I started my round, sure the course was not in the best condition but nice to play.

This course has many iron shots from above into the green which I really enjoyed. It totally offers everything what a golf course is about. Water, sand, rough and annoying white poles.

The par 4’s are not always that long but the greens are difficult, whether or not the par 5’s are all very attractive  nice to play. But what I really enjoyed at GC Tegernbach was the silence. Altogether I have to play this course in the summer time again when everything is fine and the course is in its best condition.

Definitely a nice course for a good sunday.
